Bien, explicar esto es difícil. Pero empecemos por lo básico: inspirada en la semana EcuPer que están llevando adelante algunos miembros de Latin Hetalia, quise dar mi aporte pero he de aquí que no había ancestro de Ecuador.

Entonces consulté con varias personas (dentro y fuera del fandom) que fueron una guía capital para el comienzo de mi búsqueda. No ahondé tanto en la formación de la biografía como en datos que ayudaran a mi retina para diseñarlos en primera instancia.


Así que aquí se los presento


¿Por qué dos y mellizos?


Las tribus del Ecuador, en todos los rincones de su geografía, son muy particulares. Antes de España e incluso antes de la decisiva y breve llegada de Inca con sus consecuencias políticas y culturales, había ciudadelas avanzadas que se confederaban a manera de Estados modernos. Las más influyentes y las que se aliaron para afrontar al Imperio Incaico -en vano, pues fueron conquistados-, fueron Estados duales.


Las etnias de Ecuador siguen vivas y eso hace del país algo pluricultural y multiétnico; junto con Paraguay, son los casos excepcionales en el Cono Sur en el cual los pueblos originarios persisten en sus comunidades casi sin irrupciones con sus ancestros, menteniendo un ente organizativo y representado en la nación moderna.


Eso nos hace las cosas más difíciles, porque los registros conservados originales no están en la red y son difíciles de conseguir en lugares físicos. Además, es tal la variedad y la vitalidad de esta variedad, que hay exceso de datos de las etnias, según qué llegada tengan y las mezclas de sangre.


Pero luego de una primer ojeada feliz, finalmente pude sacar algunas cosas en limpio y presentar estos preliminares. En el futuro me aventuraré a hacer la biografía. Y yo que creí que Pampa fue difícil...


Son llamados en conjunto, Curacas (Caciques) Kañari y Caranquis.



~Aclaraciones~


Nombres tribales: Kañari = Original del españolizado Carañi. (Kan - culebra / Aya= Guacamayo).


Caranquis= Modo de denominar a la alianza Caranqui-Cayambé.


Nombres humanos:



-Tenemaza= Uno de los fundadores míticos de los Kañari.
-Quitumbe= Hijo legendario del fundador de las ciudades costeras de Ecuador y quien daría en su sangre a una larga línea de sucesores fundantes.


Carecterísticas especiales:


(o) Tienen ojos y escamas de culebra, en el lado izquierdo de Quitumbe y derecho en Tenemaza.
(o) La apariencia del cabello y la porte pertenecen a Nazacota, el cayambé jefe más joven recordado por su valentía en la mayor resistencia contra los Incas de todas las tribus de su tiempo.
(o) Visten corona de plumas de guacamayo y vestiduras con bordados de pájaros rojizos o verdes a la manera de los cayambes.
(o) Quitumbe es más serio, debido al origen del nombre de la etnia. Cayambé= lo que es jóven y helado.
(o) Tenemaza, según leí, se caracterizaba por su relación con el sol y la energía que poseía, siempre eufórico.
(o) Dato extra, pero tienen cientos de lugares mágicos en las geografías naturales. Pero cieeentos. Todos consevran su nombre original y seguramente la fuerza de sus ancestros.


Como notarán, mezclé símbolos y características de ambos Estados duales para que se distinguieran ambos nombres.



Dicho esto, quiero agradecer a Coculla por su invaluable ayuda e info y a por todos los datos y los consejos, en base a su experiencia de haber creado ancestros para Ecuador hace un tiempo. Y a mi colega José que no leerá nunca esto pero es ecuatoriano y le pregunte igual XD.

Well, explain this is difficult. But let's start with the basics: EcuPer week is on in Latin Hetalia, and I wanted to give my input here... but it hadn't ancestor of Ecuador.

"Why two and twins?"

The tribes of Ecuador, in every corner of its geography, are very particular. Before Spain and even before the decisive and quick arrival of Inca's cultural and political consequences, they had advanced citadels like confederations. The most influential ones and those allied to face the Inca Empire - in vain, for they were conquered- were dual States.

The ethnic groups of Ecuador are still alive and that makes a multicultural and multiethnic country. Along with Paraguay, they are exceptional cases in the South, in which indigenous peoples persist in their communities almost no inroads with their ancestors: hold a local organization and they're represented in the modern nation.


That makes things more difficult, because the original records aren't kept on the network and are difficult to get into physical places. Moreover, such is the variety and vitality of this variety, there is ethnicity data in excess, depending on mixes with blood.


But after a first look, I could finally get some things clean and present this preliminary. In the future I'll venture to make the biography. And I thought that Pampa was difficult ...

They are called together, Curacas (Chiefs) Caranquis and Kañarii.


"~Clarifications ~"

Tribal Names: Cañari= hispanicized Kañari (Kan - snake / Aya = Macaw).

Caranquis = way to call the alliance Caranqui-Cayambe.

Human names:

Tenemaza = One of the mythical founders of the Kañari.
Quitumbe = Son of the legendary founder of the coastal cities of Ecuador and who give blood in a long line of founding successors.


"Special features:"

-They have snake eyes and scales, on the left Quitumbe and right Tenemaza.
-The appearance of the hair and the demeanor belong to Nazacota, Cayambe younger boss remembered for his bravery in the higher resistance against the Incas of all the tribes of his time.
-They wear macaw feather crown and robes embroidered with red or green birds in the manner of the Cayambes.
-Quitumbe is more serious, because the origin of the name of his ethnicity.
-Tenemaza, as I read, was characterized by its relationship to the sun and the energy he possessed, always elated
-Data extra, they've hundreds of magical natural geographies. But thouuusand. They have its original name and probably the strength of their ancestors.


As you will notice, I mixed symbols and dual characteristics of both states to be distinguished both names.
